Sports vacation program

Sports Program

The sports program is a multi-sport program based around children having fun, learning new skills, working as a team and keeping active. Activities include swimming, football, volleyball, basketball, netball, hockey, athletics, teeball, cricket, oztag, dance and much more. Not to mention chill out time spent in Sportex, (our interactive sports exhibit) and big screen movies.

Soccer Camp

Soccer camp provides your child with the opportunity to participate in a program designed for beginner and intermediate-level players, conducted in world-class indoor and outdoor facilities.

Our instructors have a passion for the game and an enthusiastic approach to coaching. Each day includes a varied curriculum that encompasses all aspects of the game and will assist in improving skill development.

Your child is sure to have a fun-packed day when taking part in the soccer camp at the AIS!

Seasonal Sport specific camps

Seasonal Sports Specific Camps

The AIS offers a great range of sports specific camps on a seasonal basis.

Children will participate in drills and games that will improve co-ordination, decision-making and overall skill level.

Our camps are perfectly suited to both boys and girls and will enable skill development in all aspects of the sport.

Programs can include:

  • Tennis
  • AFL
  • Athletics
  • Cricket
  • Dance

Pre-school Holiday Program

Introduce your children to a variety of different sports in a fun, safe and structured environment.

Using creative instruction and positive encouragement, our sessions focus on developing ball skills, locomotion, balance and coordination.

Along with music and action songs, parachute games, obstacle course and team building games, our program will introduce a variety of sports which may include: tennis, cricket, T-ball, basketball, netball, soccer, throwing and catching, galloping, leaping and skipping.

We also focus on fundamental life skills such as listening, following instructions, sharing and teamwork.

All children MUST be toilet trained.

Pre school holiday program

NOTE: All AIS sports programs and camps on Monday/Wednesday/Friday offer children the chance to participate in a pool session. There are alternatives activities offered at this time for those children not wishing to swim.

Enrolments will open for Sports Programs on August 30th. NOTE: Sports Programs will not run Monday 7th October due to the public holiday.

Enrolments will open for Swim Intensive Program on September 9th.
